  • We do not guarantee certification or professional qualification.

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse the LMS system.
  • Upload harmful or unauthorized content.

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

5. Third-Party Services & Data Processing (Canvas Instructure)

Our LMS is hosted on Canvas Instructure, and by using this platform, you agree that:

  • Your personal data (e.g., name, email, progress) is stored and processed by Canvas as per their Privacy Policy.
  • We do not control Canvas’ security policies, and your use of their platform is subject to their terms.
  • If you wish to request data deletion, you may contact us, but full deletion may require direct communication with Canvas Support.
  • Your continued use of this LMS indicates your consent to Canvas’ data processing policies.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, videos, and creative content are owned by Game of Storytelling.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of content is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

  • We strive to provide accurate cybersecurity information, but we are not responsible for any consequences of your actions based on our content.
  • We do not guarantee 100% security against cyber threats.
